About Sandra
My real estate profession began in 1980, approximately four years after relocating from Brooklyn, New York, with my family. Before receiving my license, I worked at Kaiser Permanente Hospital administering Dr.'s benefits. It was a fluke how I got my license; during a conversation with friends that suggested I would do well as a Realtor. As they say, "the rest is history." Here I am, many years later, 40+, to be exact. I still enjoy working with people, assisting, and guiding them throughout the intricate process of buying and selling property.
I have experienced many different markets over the years, double-digit rates above 20%, the devastating 1994 Earthquake in Los Angeles, Short Sales, Foreclosures, and as of 2020, interest rates as low as 3.25%.
Therefore, when you are thinking of hiring an agent to assist you with one of the most significant purchases of your life, you want that agent to be knowledgeable to guide and assist you throughout the process.
